PROCON make Ball Float operated Liquid level Controller operates on a very simple mechanism where a ball moves up or down when the level of the liquid rises or falls. The action of float through a connector level is utilized to actuate the throttling type pivot valve or a 3 – way microvalve. A counter weight is used to balance the weight of the ball float. Mounting is generally flanged type. Travel stops are provided to limit the movement of the float. Since the float of this operates inside the vessel, where a severe turbulent action or foaming can occurs on the liquid surface, this type of controller is best suited.
